We have been a resident of Gainsborough Court since 2011 and have loved living there. The leasing office staff are extremely friendly and helpful, our apartment is in a great location, and the amenities that are provided were exactly what we wanted.
Its been a horrible experience staying at Gainsborough Court Apartments in Fairfax VA. The apartment staff ladies are rude, mean and I felt I was a victim. I am trying very hard to get hold of the management to report my horrible experiences and they are unable to reach. They are expensive and try to squeeze every penny out from you until your last day. They lie according to their convenience and still pretend to be professional. Will never recommend the apartment until the staff is corrected
Nicely landscaped, excellent maintenance and office staff.
Even though a great experience still having trouble with a filtration in my masterroom closet. It was checked but nothing has been done. They are fixing some not all. And all look rusted. Another thing is letting chairs and bicycles in the shared entree way tends to give a bad impression to future buyers especially when they are next to the vacant townhouses.
There are ants in the apartment. The office staffs are not nice and make you feel welcomed.
