What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Fairfax

It is off a back road and very quiet, it isn't far from stores. It isn't close to stores either. It is perfectly by the highway but safely far to.

I enjoy the friendly community that always greets each other while walking or driving. I also like the trees and green space that have been preserved and protected.

There is enough space and we are not crammed all over each other. There are also good schools in the area. There are places close that you can go with family and friends.

Location to work. Peacful and quiet subdivision community. Topographic and beautiful. The houses are all new construction. The lakes are lovely.

My neighbors and neighborhood. When I was a kid I lived in a mixed ethnicity neighborhood. But everyone shopped in the local stores attended the same schools or chuches. I could go anywhere in a mile radius without worry. Someone would know me,my folks,or my relstives and would help me if neccessary. No where that I have lived since offered such comforting certainty until I moved to my present neighborhood. It is also an ethnic neighborhood, though not of my own but it has that same wonderful feeling of inclusion, the neighborhood stores, and the feeling that help will always be given.
