What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Ettrick

The location is very ideal. I'm close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. It is close by parks and some of my favorite brunch spots. There is also a big mall nearby.

It is a small community. Although we may not interact heavily, everyone still feels like family for the most part.

it's near the shopping mall and other stores. there is also a gym and hair salons and shops and restaurants

It's quiet not to much if anything going on if at all of any thing going on it's a very positive vibe type of neighborhood

It is a historical area of the city with beautiful old buildings. There are a lot of friendly people on my street & many are dog lovers. There are many things to do nearby.

Hey don't mind me having ducks. My two neighbors beside me are very nice. They speak almost everyday.
