What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About East Highland Park

It is safe and just a nice place to live. The neighbors are nice but not too much. It's got good schools and restaurants. It's safe and fun.

A lot of diversity is in this neighb and so I think it makes a pretty safe neighborhood because people can relate to seeing people that look like them what makes you feel a lot more comfortableorhood

I like that I live right across the street from the Virginia Holocaust museum and Richbrau brewery on one side and directly across the street from the Edgar Allan Poe museum on the other side. I love that my flat has a direct view of our community's pool

There is a lot of police. Plus it is very quiet so I don't have to worry about anything happening in the neighborhood

My favorite restaurant is only two blocks away. We have two great parks nearby where I like to play Pokemon. I love sitting on the porch and saying hi to people walking by.
