DO NOT even think about renting this place. We lost money for the application fee and deposit we paid. They never bothered to let us know that the apartment wasn't ready to move in. We had to go there in person to find out. Didn't give our money back.

3 months of my stay and I regret already. Is a very sensitive apartment and someone can hear u talk if you are in your room. This child at my top is been jumping and stamping his feet up and down for 2 good months from morning till evening n management has done nothing about it even after I reported many times. There is always the smell of a smoke . Jesss!

I would not recommend these apartments to anyone the grounds are dirty with broken beer bottles and trash on the sidewalk. Drug infested also management sucks.

I do NOT recommend this place . I recently just moved. The leasing office is unprofessional (Tricia was very nice though) theyll give out different answers each time Ill call to ask a question. They literally said i didnt pay rent for this one month and i had to show them PROOF because i do keep my pay stubs! Mrs. Karla ( the property manager) decided to get loud with me a few times. Also, they do have bugs!!!! Ive had ANTS in my ceiling lights. ( TOTALLY DISGUSTING)

I have been living here for almost a year, Ms. Becky is the most sweetest person I could ever had met, along with her staff in the office. They are so very helpful i love my apartment its spacious, I honestly want a 3 bedroom so my kids have there own space. Ms. Becky and staff continue to do a great job. Happy Holidays to you all!
