What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Cloverdale

Nothing really unique. Pretty boring neighborhood. Close to school so kids can walk safely to both middle school and high school.

There is a public square code by with many shops. There's a park not far from home. There is a variety of restaurants

The neighbors are kind and quiet. There are families with pets in the neighborhood. It is close to many shopping things

Everyone knows everyone mostly. Close to a local grocery store. I love living near my childhood home.

We typically stay at home. We have all of our favorite things here. Small town country feel here. We love it.

We live behind a Walmart and Kroger is right down the road as well as a great Asian restaurant. The neighborhood is very hilly so walking makes for a great workout and it's very scenic as well.
