What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Christiansburg

Small development of 30 homes each with 2-4 acres & sits near the Blue Ridge Mtns so beautiful views. Lots of wildlife and open spaces. Cost of living is reasonable.

The restaurants are not far and the convenient stores are close by as well I love having multiple choices on what to eat for dinner

It's secluded but not so secluded you're away from downtown and city like life. I like the pleasantries of the in between of rural/ urban life.

Everyone knows each other and are always waking outside so we all say hello. There are many kids so everyone has a friend.

It's a friendly quiet neighborhood where the neighbors look out for each other. No need to worry about packages left at your door.

A public walking path of several miles through nature is the best attribute of my neighborhood.
