Our experience with Garden springs was a wonderful one. We have a disabled daughter on a ventilator and Gardens springs did everything possible to ensure that all was in compliance in regards to her needs. The Management truly demonstrated at all times that they truly cared . It meant so much to us all.
Nicole the property manager was very supportive and loving to us. She truly is an asset to Garden Springs. Anytime I had a concern or a question Nicole was there too listen and was very caring and took action quickly to ensure all was taken care of. The maintenance lead Jonsey is truly the Best!! The few times i called maintenance, they were very prompt and jonsey always ensured that everything was in excellent working order . We cant stress enough how wonderful the entire staff at Gardens springs are. When it snowed they ensured the wheelchair Ramp was always shoveled and clear. In regards to the apartment, it was great. It was very big and spacious, lots of storage. The laundry room was huge. Not even our new home has such a big laundry room. lol
What attracted me To Gardens springs was the beauty of it. I just loved the location. Its so peaceful and quiet. Its so away from the nosey traffic but close enough to a Walgreens and CVS
As a spouse of a retired Military, we lived in many countries and states, snd i must honestly say that Gardens springs is a Gem of a place. The Management i just cant stress enough how awesome they are. We miss miss them especially Ms Nicole. they have free breakfast for the tenants every month among other activities for the kids. The pool was clean and they have a nice big grill after a nice swim.. For those looking for a gym, who needs to pay for a membership? the gym is perfect size and there to use. We highly recommend Gardens Springs.
We had a wonderful experience there while it lasted. Our journey ended due to having a home built. But with us we carry beautiful memories. Thank U Garden Springs.
Luv, Medina Family
We have just turned in our paperwork and just just looking it looks nice. The only question the other rooms in a three bedroom will a queen bed fit in the rooms if not taking a master bedroom
I would not recommend people living at Garden Springs. The walls are paper so thin you can here the conversations that your neighbors are having. This is Not a Luxury Apartment complex. If you complain to management, they will tell you this is apartment living. Management is only here for a short period of time. They are always introducing a new Property Manager. Please think twice about moving to this place!
The apartment are nice a very spacious. The appliances are name brand and not some knock off piece of junk. the only issue i have with the apartments are that the floors and walls are so thin. You can hear every foot step the person above you is making. You would think that with the apartments being newer that they would be better insulated. Other than that the apartments and the complex itself is very nice. Well maintained. Low crime area with good schools. Office staff is helpful sometimes.
I love this complex. I feel safe with the amount of lighting, diversity of residents, and law enforcement and military in the area. The complex is beautiful and well kept. The residents are friendly and the community feels like a neighborhood and not a complex. The Office staff has been nothing but helpful even when I have my OCD moments and request speedy service about minor things. Maintenance staff is professional, very quick and never have to be called more than once for the same issue.
