I was supposed to me Morgan at the rent office this morning for the move out inspection at 8:30 am . I talk to Morgan the week before Thanksgiving around 5:15 pm informing her about our move out date which was on Sunday November 26, 2017, also Sherri who I informed months in Advance that my move out Day fell on a Sunday the weekend after Thanksgivings . Im disappointed that I got here on time and theirs no one available for the inspection. Ive talked to the maintenance guy and he called one of the staff members to inform them that Im waiting . Unfortunately Morgan stated she didnt know who I talk to but they dont open until 9:30am. I have never had this hard of a time moving out a apartment. Im disappointed And the lack of miscommunication
Is not good for business. The websites states this rental office is supposed to be open at 8:30 not 9:30. Better communication with tenets will help . Also the staff never answer the phone . Rent is to high for been serves.
no gym, no place for teens,no ceiling fans, incompetent staff, rent is too high
I Love the Staff at Broadwater.
The towing company called Palmers the complex had one year was horrible. It created a bad experience for the residents. They were towing cars because the stickers were visible but on the wrong side of the window. At one point it would be alot of police checkpoints right at the entrance of broadwater which seemed to be discriminatory. There use to be an incentive for renewing your rent and that was discontinued.
You get a lot of square footage for the cost. Lots of living space.
