I have had many questions and they have done nothing but answer them with a smile. Gabby has been open and communicated with the work on the ceiling. Would highly recommend these apartments

Excited to move into the Morgan! Worked with Gerald and he was very knowledgeable and helped make the process for signing a lease extremely simple. Only took a few days and they were very clear on what they needed. Professionalism at its finest. The only thing I wished the Morgan had was virtual tours as you cannot tour all units since they have so many floor plans however the floor plan we did tour was great and made us want to sign. Overall, easy to sign and community has us excited to move in!!!

My family and lived here for over a year before we decided to purchase a house. It’s a very safe secure place to live. The apartments are up to date. Love the office staff.

My family and I have been here for almost a year and a half now. I’ll be honest, I really try to find things to hate about this place, but we really love it here. The maintenance team is awesome! I’ve put in maintenance orders and always have had someone show up to fix it with in 24 hours, 2 days at most. We had an issue in our new unit with the water heater and were anxious to get it fixed with the holidays and family visiting. Our man Steve was on it, and was able to order all the parts needed and came in the Saturday before Christmas and didn’t leave until he made sure everything was working! Everyone in the leasing office are amazing and accommodating and always eager to help find solutions to any problems we have. With the the unit itself, we’ve never really had any issues with “thin walls”, we never hear our neighbors and barely ever hear anyone above sunless we are sitting there in dead silence trying to listen for something. The only complaint I would have is the valet trash company not showing up when scheduled and we could really use an other dumpster on-site.
