I've been living here for 10 years. I feel safe and I've never really had any major problems. Management changes frequently but that's to be expected.
I've lived here for quite along time, seen the management/owner change hands more than you can imagine. But, since the current management/owner have been here, I have seen great changes and improvements that make living here a much more pleasant living experience.
My ratings might be harsh but the people is excelent. I have never had a problem with the staff except one and she is gone. I like living there it is a peaceful community the only thing is that the rent is constantly going up to renew my contract for another year it went up $44 dolars. It appears that this company don't want long term rentals like myself. I will have to move come June 2015 because I don't get raises and I am struggling to keep up with what I have to pay now.
It is a nice place for a starter apartment. I have a 1 bedroom apartment and it does lack some conveniences, such as a dishwasher, cabinet space, and electrical sockets in the bathroom. Some things could use an update, but the maintenance is very accommodating when something needs to be replaced.
Rents and utilities are somewhat high. Minimal amenities (I don't even have a dishwasher in my apartment). But staff are friendly and helpful, and there are fewer restrictions regarding pets than most places.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
