We love our new apartment! It is beautiful and so peaceful. The leasing office made our move in process so easy! Special thanks to May! They were very kind. Best decision we made!

Lived at the Mosaic 13 months and loved it. Staff and maintenance were great to be around, and transparent. Very smooth moving in and moving out process. Very smooth and enjoyable living experience. Great amenities, and the best fitness center I have ever seen in an apartment complex. Would definitely move back and live there again if I need an apartment in the future.

I want to write a positive review on the Ms. May Lynne, who is one of the lending consultant for Mosaic and the other two sister property. Me and my family drove down from Fayetteville, NC in search of finding the best apartment for our daughter who will be attending school. We search several place and by far these three apartment was the best overall and the location was perfect! Ms. May Lynne was very busy that day with other customers but when it was our time, she gave us her undivided attention and briefed us on all the different floor plans, amenities, and also showed us a virtual tour and a actually tour of the entire location. Her passion for her job and the tenants that will be leaving in this location will be happy because after her tour. Myself, my daughter and family member who took this trip from NC felt that this place was a home away from home and that my daughter will be in good hand but also an amazing area. I commend Ms. May Lynn for being an outstanding voice for this apartment complex and also the other two sister apartments.

Wow, this place is insanely beautiful. Just toured this place and Tara and Celeste were so helpful and kind! I'm praying for an open spot here cause I'm speechless! 🙏 will keep you guys updated 😌
