I have lived here for several years and watched this property go down hill. The buildings and property do not look clean as shown in their picture. Problems are not addressed quickly and they only have 2 maintenance guys trying to take care of this entire property. Owners are too cheap to hire more. Windows outside are never cleaned and too dirty to see out of. There has been a sewage problem outside one bldg for almost a year and still not repaired because owners wont call in outside contractors to fix the issue. I suggest if you want a clean and well kept home that you look elsewhere.
Peaceful, quiet neighborhood, landlord cares about his tenants and a good maintance crew.Overall good place to live.
These apartments are spacious peaceful homes for families. The staff is wonderful. I have never been more impressed with how fast any and all maintenance or building issues have been addressed. A 24 hour turn around is phenomenal however these individuals typically see that requests are completed the very same day. The office staff is amazing as well, always friendly and accommodating. I am so glad we found this place we now call home.
My husband and I lived here for 2 years. We loved the space and the location of the apartments. The maintenance men are so nice and always came when we needed them. There are big yard spaces for picnics and for the children to run and play. We would live there agin if needed.
This place is just terrible to live the landlord is a complete jerk I had a broken toilet in my apartment and he refused to fix it I also had problems with the tenants upstairs and he refused to rectify those problems he told me if I had problems again with them to call the police well I did not want to call the police because of racial issues so I moved out and I was forced to give him $2,000 for breaking my lease that was not fair he has the landlord should have rectify the problems the floorboards creak the people upstairs were allowing their children to ride bicycles over my head all day and all night and the people upstairs complained about my cigarette smoke but they smoked pot all day long I had witnesses to the fact that they were smoking pot all day
