I have lived here for almost 3 years. This is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The office staff and maintenance know you by name and happily help with any need you might have. The neighbors are all very friendly and this is definitely a dog friendly neighborhood. I feel very safe here since the office and maintenance staff go out of their way to provide get-to-gethers and other activities to make the complex feel like one big family. I would not want to live anywhere else in the Charlottesville area but here. Its well worth the rent, which is comparable to other complexes in the area, but they arent home. North Woods at four seasons is home.

Great location in Charlottesville. Access to schools, bus, and if you're part of the ACC gym you have their pool right across. The apartmens themselves are homey in a safe neighborhood. The staff at the office ahs always been professional and curtious. They are not new apartments, but that doesn't take anything away from them. I've lived in them more that 5 years and never had an issue.
