I am extremely grateful to be living in a community with such stunning grounds, impressive maintainence staff, and helpful office staff that are always happy to help in me in anyway. I have lived in many other apartment complexes, but NONE compare to the value that Woodway provides to it's residents. Not only does the community and amenities provide an oasis to come home to but the location is very convenient to my commute, shopping, dining, and other necessities! I'm in the middle of my second leasing cycle with them and I'm extremely pleased with everything. I've recommended several folks to live in this apartments as well.
The tenants above me will not remain acceptably quite after 11PM. I have respectfully asked them to keep the noise down, written numerous emails to the leasing office, had a face to face conversation with the leasing manager. Either the leasing office is unwilling or incapable of correcting the situation even though the tenants are in violation of the leasing agreement. Page 6 para. 7, page 7 para. 9, and page 15 para. 2. Unacceptable.
