WORST APARTMENT EVER. During my tour I asked "Do you have concrete enforced floors? I don't want to be able to hear my neighbors" I was told "We do not but you literally cannot hear a thing, we allow pets and a lot of our residents have dogs so we make sure to stay sound proof" Sadly, I believed them. I could hear EVERYTHING, the people above me stomping all day and night, vacuuming at 3 in the morning, the people next to me peeing while I peed right along side them. It was RIDICULOUS. I could hear 29 all night long and never got a real good sleep cause I never got "used to it". Then to top it off my fireplace never worked, my heat went out 5 times during the winter, on some of the coldest days, and they wouldn't answer the phone to come fix it, my laundry room was leaking water BEFORE I moved in, yet they still let me move in, my ice machine never worked and put black specs in my ice when it did work. I could go on and on with issues.

All in all, I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to live here. It is some of the cheapest rent in the area and well, you get what you pay for.

I am impressed with the investment in landscaping at Post Corners Apartments. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. I have yet to see another property that has the variety of shrubs and plantings that is displayed here.

This apartment was my first place on my own and I am happy to have made the choice to settle here. The leasing staff was able to answer all of my questions (there were a lot) and the application process was hassle free and this really made moving into a new community a great first experience.
