Lakeside

The entire complex is nice. Beautiful trees, scenery, lakes, clubhouse, and nice pools. However everything else sucks. Everything that has been fixed in our apartment has not lasted. The bathtub is peeling again (we dont even use that one). Weather strip on door coming off(again). Yard hasnt been cut this entire year, its overgrown and we have asked people to please cut it and no response or help. The tile in the shower is coming off of the wall.. again.. Multiple problems with appliances I.e. stove and washer/dryer. They came to fix the dryer but it smells like smoke.. again. Because its old. Its hard not to be frustrated when youre just not listened to. Even though the grounds are pretty, I very much prefer for the basic necessities to be functional in my home.

My husband and I went to look at Lakeside Apartments this weekend and we were blown away! The property is amazing and the apartments we were shown were awesome! The person who showed us around was Roslyn and she really did a great job and answered all our questions and truly seems to love what she does. Whatever you do, don't let Roslyn get away. Her customer service was truly on point, and she was very welcoming and that made us feel comfortable with the entire process. The overall feel of this place is fabulous and seems so very peaceful. We applied and the process was very smooth and easy! We can't wait to live at Lakeside.

Just moved out a couple weeks ago. Overall experience after 1.5 years here, you can find much better for tbe prices you'll pay here. I left to a much nicer apartment with more higu end finishes for less money. Management here was good at first, but went downhill.

The apartment grounds and the facility are nice, but we had nothing but issues with our apartment since we moved in. They did however promptly fix the issues. But the biggest issue I have had with them is moving out. It's been 3 months since I moved out and I have still not received my security deposit back. They said it was sent out twice, but I never received it. I have been calling for several weeks and was told someone would call me back. But that has yet to happen. So just be aware you may not get your security deposit back.

Not sure who is writing all the rave reviews when the apartments are incredibly outdated and have the cheapest (and I mean cheapest) amenities. When I moved in several major items were not working. Paper thin walls, so you can hear all your neighbors. Can't wait to move out.

Worst management and customer service. I have been living here 3years and tried to deal with my new contract. I asked about lower price and I thought I was very nice. It was my first request to lower the price. I haven't asked it before. The manager never smiled at me and looked at me like smelly foot or something. And she didn't try to hear Mr and just repeated No. If she was at least nice to me, I would keep my contract and didn't leave this review.
