management stinks. 2 girls who are clueless and just want all of your money. outlets dont work and the place has bugs, EVERYWHERE. Don't stay here

Apartment itself was fine. It was the management and the neighborhood becoming trashy. I complained of my trashcan being taken and I was told that it was the wind. Found it inside of neighbor's trashcan that the hoodlums in the neighborhood did after knocking the neighbor's trash over. Complained countless times about dog poop everywhere including the sidewalk. Each I would go to the office; the MANAGER would be nasty and allude that I was lying. The neighbors would have a grill in the parking spaces so when I came home from work, there were times that I had to park away from my building. Couldn't use the pool because you could only get a pass during the week...I worked during the hours of distribution. I moved out 9/17/22 and have yet to receive my deposit. When you call the MANAGER, you get no answer, no return call or just a condescending conversation from her. I would never refer anyone to this particular complex. Someone did ask me about the apartments, and I told them it would be better if they moved in public housing/projects. I am appalled that I was treated so bad.

Fully enjoyed my time staying at Eagle Harbor until I moved out. Carpet people claimed my carpet was stained and required replacement which was a lie. Final invoice also included a September utility bill which had been paid on time at the beginning of October and they had actually almost doubled the amount owned. Megan will not return my calls or answer emails trying to get it sorted out. I contacted the main office and same thing. No response from anyone, very disappointed this will end up in court and it's going to cost them way more than they are trying to steal from me. I'm going to have to fly in people from out of town that were in the apartment the night before and will testify to how clean it was. I am also going to bring in the people that were hired to move out furniture, they know the apartment was clean and in shape the morning we left. Eagle Harbor is going to have to pay all those expenses for travel and missed work.

Love this complex! I rarely see more the 3 people outside at a time. Quiet, friendly, convenient to all amenities, and my pups love meeting other furry friends. A lot of thought went into designing this complex. Just beautiful and relaxing!
