BurkeShire Commons is well managed! The staff really works hard to make sure residents are comfortable and happy with their apartments. The atmosphere is always peaceful and friendly! Everytime I step into my apartment it feels like I am on vacation. If a relaxing environment is what you are looking for this is the place to be!

I have had so far an excellent experience at Burke Shire Commons Apartments. This is why I am renewing my lease for another year. I think the neighborhood is very friendly and safe, and the apartments are well served by the maintenance crew and management.

My apartment has roaches and we keep a clean home and we do not leave food or sugar out. My neighbors told me that this particular apartment had a roach infestation and it was vacant for months prior to us moving in. I would leave immediately but the lease agreement doesnt allow me to without a large fee. The exterminator came several times only causing the roaches to go to the neighbor apartment and days later back. This entire building require a therol extermination. Outside the bug issue the apartment is great.

Burkeshire commons is an amazing place to live. The amenities and grounds are more than I ever could have asked for. I am so grateful for the staff for helping our leasing process to be as smooth as possible.

The place as a whole is great, other than being able to hear EVERYTHING that happens with the people who live above you. I can hear when they have guests, when they're talking, but the worst thing is when they walk around... The floor creaks so horrible in the two main areas of the apt that I have to pretty much live with my headphones in because its so disturbing (including sleeping with the headphones on due to always being woken up by it). If that stuff doesn't bother you, then this is a great place to live, but if it does then DON'T LIVE HERE. It honestly drives me insane.
