What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Burke

We love our neighborhood because we're in a location where we have what we need in a short distance but still far enough from larger city life. We can make a quick trip to the store when needed, we can run to the library for a new stack of books to read, and school is right around the corner.

Great mix of people from different places and different cultures. The variability adds flavor and excitement.

It is a nice, serene and family friendly place, full of polite people, good shopping areas and a nice community.

As much as there are negative things with my neighborhood, there is also positive things. Stores, restaurants, extracurricular activities, etc, are available right across the street. We also have a train that passes right behind us throughout the day and it's really cool to see. We have 3 generally fair parks, a field, and two and a half basket ball courts. The neighborhood is pet friendly and peaceful for the most part.

Our neighborhood has many kind, pleasant neighbors and many nice, convenient local businesses and stores, such as Ross, Coal Fire Pizza and Dollar Tree.

The unique thing about my neighborhood is that each house was made in the same year, which is 2019. My favorite local business is the nearby grocery stores. I like going to the park with my family and friends.
