What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Bon Air

The people are nice and the pets protect people. And it's very private back here. Most people dont even know neighborhood is back here, unless they know someone who lives here.

There is a wildlife preserve and a city park near my home. There are beautiful places to walk along the river. There are all kinds of birds owls, hawks, and eagles, to name a few. Great environment in which to communes with nature.

I like living near businesses that I can walk to. I like that it is safe for you to walk at night with little fear

We are lucky to have a local business area that caters to the area but has more major shopping not too far away. We are lucky that the area has a mix of relative newer homes mixed nicely with somewhat more established homes. This has allowed people who want to move to a larger home to stay in the same area and maintain continuity of lifestyle.

that it is close to grocery stores, where me and my husband wok is also close.
