The Landing at Stonegate

It looks like it will be beautiful. We are looking at renting a townhouse or an apartment. I love that we have the choice!

These are beautiful and brand new apartments...just applied and can't wait to move in.

I've been renting here for about a year and have been rent on time every month. I have received 4 notices that rent was late, and had late fees charged to my account. They were all disputed successfully, but the frequency of this issue shows that management is unwilling to find the source of the problem. Additionally, I was told about 6 months into the lease that I had not yet paid the security deposit, and I was incredibly lucky to find the confirmation email from 7 months prior that proved I had. Management has changed hands recently, but still has all the old problems. If you have the misfortune to be stuck renting here, keep your receipts!

Misleading Pricing Information. The Landing at Stonegate at Blacksburg Virginia Their REAL RENTAL PRICE is totally DIFFERENT than the prices shown on their website . On their website monthly rental price for a room in a 4 bedroom apartment is $735 (ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED) However on the lease agrement its price is $875 ; $140 higher! On the website they state that all utulities are included into their price. Pricing information on their website is totaly misleading.

The staff is amazing, easy to work with

The office staff is vary fast to communicate with you. They set you up and make everything vary easy to get an apartment. They fallow up with you and are vary flexible in meeting times. We showed up an hour early for our showing and they took us in early.
