So far my apartment at Cascades Pointe has been a good value for the money. I have lived here for a number of years. I like that the inside of the apartment has recently been remodeled and has an open feel.. I like that there is a washer and dryer in the unit. The place is quiet. Parking has been no problem. Anything that has broken has be quickly taken care of. The other residents are nice. No worries so far!
