    For me living at Cascade Pointe been pleasant. My apartment has a modern open floorplan and looks recently renovated. The unit is quiet and comfortable with a washer/dryer, air conditioning, dishwasher, garbage disposal etc. It is close to the bus line and close to stores and restaurants. No worries!

    Cascades Pointe has for me been a pleasant place to live. The place is quiet and green. Parking is no problem. My unit has a clean, open layout with nice counter tops, appliances etc. There is A/C and a W/D in the unit. Water and garbage are paid for in the rent. My neighbors are nice and pretty quiet. The rent is reasonable. For the most part no worries at all!

    Overall this is a very nice place to reside. It is definitely pet and kid friendly. Would be great if there were a pool, but it's so nice that they have a playground for the kids.
