The new property management is so bad and have no customer service skills at all.
Stay away you will be grateful that you did. The money you will pay is not worth the service you will get. They are sweet as pie when they want to get you in nevertheless after that is all goes down hill. Don't expect to be able to reach them you will be greatly disappointed. Their turn over rate is CRAZY HIGH, people come but they don't stay. Do yourself a favor and research them on the BBB website all you need to see and know will be there. Especially dealing with utilities.
Have emailed multiple times week after week and have not heard a single thing back, now I see why they have so many empty apartments.
When we moved in we couldn't be happier since it was our first place but we have been here for 2 years and it has definitely gone down hill. Maintenance is slow& will get to you on their time. I had no hot water for 3 days and I have kids and they told me it was not an emergency smh.. then my washer broke and they didn't come for a week so I had to go to the freaking laundry mat and pay money I didn't have.. They never came so my stepdad finally came and fixed it. There is a pot hole infront of the office that just keeps getting bigger/deeper. I know it's going to blow out someone's tire soon because it's getting so big you can barely go around it. Then I noticed my sons room window was leaking and when I looked closely there was mold so I called right away and guess what took another week and a half to fix it which left us with only one bedroom that we could use of the 2 because they basically left the window open so it was cold air coming through.
The apartments are average so when I saw 995 I was okay with it but they raise the rent every year which is somewhat expected but not when they don't keep up with their property or appliances.. my ac system is so old it's not even digital. They really expect me to pay 1075 for a 2bd 2 bath when I can find a town house for that and cheaper apartments that are 2bd 2bath.
If your going to raise rent then make the property worth it!
For some reason, the management does not return inquiries. Hard to find a place to live if you cannot get any info as to availability, rent, etc.
