While it is true there are some things to work out I have lived here for a little over a year and the things that were a problem are being corrected, however I have had some wonderful neighbor's there are numerous activities just join in our new office manager has a monthly meeting to get feedback as well as positive imput and suggestions from the residents as far as desired activities changes to make the community go smoothly etc. Of course if all you did was focus on what you don't like you pretty much miss out on the good things mintbrook is not a luxury apartment complex how ever it's is a safe and friendly environment and under our new office manager's reign I feel that all past issue have and will be addressed properly
I love my home
This is the worst place i ever stay at.this apartment building was supposed to only a year old.it is poorly built.there crack in the celing.and in the hallway. My ceiling was leaking in my bathroom .they can't keep up the lawn care.grass four foot high.the carpet is so cheap.it tear so very easy.the manager is a joke.don't do what they say.lie to residents.it got so bad the maintenance tech.quilt.beacause he was so over work.he did ever thing.i have talk with him.they had him cleaning apartment, cleaning hallway, painting wall.cleaning stairwell.buffing floor.picking up trash.people come in and out all the time.this suppose to be a security building.but it not.we ask management about it and they just blow it.and said they working on it. The best thing anyone can do is.stay away from this place.you be sorry you move there.
Disappointing. Facility is 1 year old and not complete. Library not complete. Exercise room does not have TV's, no safery posters on walls. Facility has nice large lawn area but no outside seating or picnic area. No artwork im facility. Residents do NOT pick up after their dogs. Does have Food Pantry 2x a month. Not recommended until owner finishes incomplete areas, schedules ongoing activities and enforces facility lease.
Management has been very helpful and has been there for all our pArents needs wanted to thank you for all you do. We are very grateful for our home and management is great.
Carpets in hallways have not been swept and one apartment has a mess outside of their door and are not made to clean it up.
One resident takes over Community Room , perhaps using it for daytime living quarters.
My apartment is beautiful and I would like to stay here, but circumstances hinder our everyday living enjoyment.
New management needed.
