Colonial Square

Black mold issues. Maintenance does nothing. In the building we lived in the neighbors kids were allowed to scream & eat dinner then leave their food in the hallway. Very outdated. We did not have 1 repair fixed while we were here for 3.5 years. The apartments are extremely outdated and for the rent going up where is the money going?!? Insulation is poor so be prepared for horrible electrical bills. Maintenance/owners are impossible to get into contact with.

I've found management & maintenance good. I do wish they were bigger but think they are good for the price. Well kept which you can see with a visit & good neighbors. Hope this review helps keep it that way! I've been here 2 years & the rent has gone up but still a bargain when I look around

This is such a perfect location! It is mdway between the country and the city.

The management falls short in the maintenance deoartment. Prepare to wait for any issues to be addressed, if they even address them. I had black mold that was never assessed, even after numerous complaints. I even had bed bugs! Also, most of the units are outdated and could use multiple upgrades. If you are in a bottom unit, the upstairs squeaks badly and you can hear people talking upstairs. Insulation sucks. They are small apartments with very small bedrooms. There are also some very nosey neighbors who like to report/complain about others. The rent goes up every year, but I dont see where that money is put to use. Unless this is your only option, please, look elsewhere.
