Saddle Ridge

We enjoy living at saddle ridge! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We love participating in all the activities the have for the residents. We have never had an issues while living here.

The Saddle Ridge community has been very welcoming. The landscaping is awesome and the convenience of location is great.

Saddle Ridge is a nice apartment community offering affordable leasing rates. The apartment community is attractive and the leasing staff is attentive. The apartments are close to many stores and restaurants. Saddle Ridge is part of the beautiful community of Ashburn Village.

I've lived at Saddle Ridge over 10 years, most were happy years, but the past couple of years it has really gone downhill. Poor service, poor managing office, cleanliness, and keeps changing owners. I hope this one does a better job, however so far I cannot get the office to answer the phone or return calls. Unacceptable and annoying!

Since RAM, PMG has the management, the maintenance has been better. The grounds of the apartment complex look much better. Please repair the potholes everywhere.

They did not do anything unless completely bothered by me when needed and I have been complaining of a dead animal smell in my apartment on the top floor for almost a month and other than tape the ceiling where the attic access is they have done nothing. The horrible smell is still here and they have done nothing to address the issue or contact me to see if it is still an issue. Not to mention it took 5 days for them to answer the request after I called the office 3 times and went over 2 times. Worst maintenance service as well as customer service ever. Every request I have put in has take more than 3 days to get a response. That is also always after I call the office to follow up as well. I am not happy with this complex at all.
