Would not recommend this place. The management has to be threatened to help. Nothing works ever. Dog poop is all over the grounds. And the mail service is always delivering things to the wrong apt.

I do not recommend living here. They do not respond to maintenance issues in prompt manner. The rent is too expensive for the quality of the home and appliances.

It's been several months since this review. We have made many changes to our maintenance department. These changes have made huge improvements to the community overall. Update 7/16/2018: lights are not working in our street for more than a month. The tickets are pending. Spoke to management the excuse is "Low Staff". They have no control over the maintenance department.
Leasing agents are polite and very good (Five Stars) They sell the apartment fast. They arrange pool party/movie/music party etc.. but remember we need to deal with the maintenance soon. For the price this maintenance is not acceptable. Most of the residents I met are having short term plan, who don't have time to follow up. They try to put some service requests and eventually become silent. Many people complain about their AC not working.
The trash compactor area is overflowed with trash and stinking. Few neighbors complained about rats. I found one in my work area today.

Zero stars. DONT MOVE HERE. Worst service experience ever. Nobody will show up for maintenance requests. They have mandatory 50 dollar Comcast basic TV package. What a BS! I am pretty sure somebody will login from apartment and leave a response to my review just like they did it for previous reviews. All the one star reviews are true with my experience. Im planning to seek out legal opinions to break my lease

The apartment was on the lower level. It was small and smelled. Didn't look at all like the pictures.

I have one of the older units and I can't really complain. It sometimes takes a phone call to get work orders addressed, but then they are taken care of promptly. Lots of dog poop in the grass and the child play area needs updated and is right by trash compactor (doesn't make sense to me). Otherwise, nice area.
