I moved in 2 weeks ago and absolutely love it. The property is beautiful with amenities such as a gym, pool, BBQ grills, and a secure package locker system. My apartment is upgraded throughout and beautiful. There is so much space in the apartment. There is also extra storage for a small fee that I use to store things that I dont want in my apartment taking up space. Samad was so helpful and made my move so easy. He also responds to messages if I have any questions or concerns. Maintenance shows up immediately to fix any issues. Everything is online so it makes it easy. Take a tour and ask for Samad, he will help you find the perfect apartment!!

They charge way too much for a small living space far away from any public transport. They constantly have to email reminding people to clean up after themselves and I saw roaches in the hallways more than once. Additionally, they'll nickel and dime you for any fee possible when moving out, and their prorated rate (if you tell them you're moving out late) is at least 3x what you pay per month. Which is ridiculous. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
