Potomac Towers is at the intersection of thriving city life and a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood. It's at the center of it all, but worlds apart. It's minutes to downtown and steps to the great outdoors. It's for the homebodies and the extroverts and everyone in between.Community amenities include a swimming pool, a newly expanded and renovated fitness center, outdoor lounge, in-unit washer and dryers, and parking.

it's ok thanks
I have lived in the building for almost 4 years. Overall, I have had a pretty good experience. The location is great, the pool is great, and overall the people in the leasing office are good. Janay is the best! I do think that it is easier to communicate with the leasing staff via phone versus email - they are not as responsive via email. Overall, I enjoy living in the building!
I used to love living here until the apartment renovations started and residents are completely out of the loop about what is going on.
Friendly staff, great location, and great place to live.
Within the first two months: my car was towed from my own parking lot while displaying all decals CORRECTLY because i was quote not parked between the lines. Multiple negative interactions about their extremely ineffective package receiving system involving amazon packages being delivered and the front desk attendent refusing to even look for them, instead arguing and eventually yelling at my roommate and i. Paying for overnight shipping and still being unable to pick up your package until whenever the apartment decides to receive it. A hit and run involving my motorcycle in my apartment parking lot, Potomac Towers offered no help at all, even going as far as to imply that an incident report was being filed, then a week and a half later telling me that that had nothing to do with me and was an internal document only. I would not recommend this apartment.
