I love it here.
Management is a robot, don't attempt to talk to them about anything because they're a brick wall. Your rent will keep increasing until you're paying more for a small apartment than a new tenant is paying for a larger apartment. Management doesn't value good tenants who pay their rent on time and don't cause problems; what once had a community feel with holiday festivities in the lobby and a sense of community is now a greed-driven jail. Also, they just jacked up the price of using the washers/dryers and the elevators are constantly out of service.
I do not recommend Potomac Towers.
I kept waiting for that dealbreaker moment. When you're looking for a new place to live, you get so used to finding the dealbreaker as quickly as possible so you can move on to the next one. Potomac Towers has yet to have that moment.
Lots of dogs! If you have a dog this is a perfect place to live. Big park-like area out back where all the dogs play with each other
