      Pros - Bina was great and went above and beyond for me. She deserves a raise and all the praises for her hard work. - The studio was a decent size - Great amenities - They have community events - They promote restaurants by allowing them to park their food trucks in front of the building to sell food - They have movie nights during the summer & games - Maintenance about scheduled work such as HVAC inspections were done professionally and timely Cons - Don't count on the pool being open if you work from 9-6pm and have a long commute or long enough during the weekend - The food trucks aren't there past 5pm - The gym reservation option in the app doesn't approve reservations until the next day if you make reservations past 7pm - The pool was always being worked on. Based on the emails, the pool was closed from 07/05/21 - 08/04/2021 and then again on 09/04/21. - There are stupid hidden fees like the Monthly Admin Bill Fee which was almost $8 every month, that I was not told about prior to signing. I doubt it was in the lease agreement too. - Maintenance can be rude when you request something specific to be done. An example is, I was scheduled to travel on November 26th at 7am and the night prior, when I was doing laundry, the washer/dryer (I had a two-in-one) started making weird noises and leaking water. When I called the emergency maintenance line, I was told the water leakage wasnt an emergency and to wait until after 9am for regular maintenance. I spent the night cleaning the water in my laundry room/ closet and hand washing my clothes and leaving my heater on to dry them. Considering how much I paid for rent, that should not have happened and I should not have been talked to rudely.

      To put it simply, this place is the Spirit airlines of apartments, you think you will be paying a fair price, but you will pay more with your dignity. They are done being friendly with you once the contract is signed, you will become just another apartment number and a nuisance for any request. Our apartment literally had a football sized hole underneath the A/C ( we didn't notice it till a drafty February night. We contacted the management and they patched it up with foam and a piece of carton from one of our moving boxes. We thought they would come back to finish the job, but once we contacted the management, they informed us no construction crew will need to come out and that will be it and would let us move out if we didn't like the patch up job they did. They are deceitful. They will call you to resign the contract saying there was a "mistake in their inventory and they dont have a signed contract", ( after having lived there for 5 months) and have you sign a new contract with little amendments to clauses that fit their agenda. They ignore resident safety and will fail to resolve any issues. The only thing that they had going well at that place was a nice lady named Virginia, but of course they let her go, as she was the only person among the management staff that knew how to communicate and treat residents with respect and a smile. Be prepared to be treated and live like a second class citizen once you sign the contract, as the appliances and "renovated" infrastructure wears off and makes you start counting the days till your move out date

      A beautiful building, clean and quiet interiors, gorgeous shared spaces in a convenient location. Management staff is always friendly and helpful. So glad to be here!

      Updated and very modern apartment living. Dominion paid attention to detail to renovate each apartment and it feels like you're living in a brand new apartment. Awesome application experience - Abie was terrific.
