Here are several point I wanna share; 1. Maintenance will get into your apartment without the prior notice of 24 hours. 2. They wont clean after them selfs and you might find your things broken after their visit. 3. Problems with roaches and even mice. 4. Your packages could be retained and denied for periods of over 6 months. 6. Bad Management turnovers These are some of the experiences we went through while living there. So, be noted.

Do not move here!! There is constant noise from renovations...even on the weekend! Quality life is low here and not worth your mental health. Seek elsewhere.

I wouldnt recommend this place! The new owners are doing a poor job. Staff is very unwelcoming. The elevators are always broken. Everything is run down and dirty. They have kept all the common areas closed even though other complexes in the area have opened some of theirs up. Very few II Ts have been updated. Its a great location, but you can find a better building. Its sad that what was once a nice place to live has turned into a horrible place.

Does your idea of a modern apartment typically have functional elevators? If so, no need to come here. 1-2 elevators are down constantly in phase 2 (the building without the leasing office) and recently as many as all 3! The package receipt system is a bit of a mess and what few amenities available are only OK. The price of this place is artificially inflated by the crazy expensive apartments surrounding it. Oh and the construction around it and inside it has been a near constant so I hope you don't anticipate any amount of quiet.

I recently visited this community, they've done renovations and it looks really nice. Helpful office staff there too. I think from memory it's really close to Amazon's new HQ2 so the area will keep improving more and more too which is exciting.

Trust me this is the worst apartment management ever. Broken elevators, dirty hallways, losen packages pluse prices had been increased like crazy.. Look somewhere else!
