Stinks, not luxury at all. Electronics don't work, agents lie and you never get a straight answer. They're biased against people of color. Filthy, high crimes, Rotten area, way over priced.

I have lived in many , many apartments.. but none that equal Avery Row. Most impressive are the floor plans from the high ceilings, large square footage, high end appliances, huge walk in closets and double sink bathrooms. I could go on but I also want to mention the caring staff, the impeccable kept grounds,and amenities too numerous to list here. You must visit and see for yourself!!

We love life at Avery Row! The apartments are spacious with all the latest amenities. We have the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. My commute to DC is less than 10 minutes, even in traffic. Most importantly, the building management is fantastic! They do a great job maintaining the building. They're super friendly and attentive to the residents' needs.

Avery Row has been the most outstanding community Ive resided in having lived in the Arlington VA area for 40 years. The staff, amenities , interior/ exterior grounds, and cleanliness exceed expectations!!
