What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Arlington

It is right by the pentagon and Arlington cemetery. The local bars and restaurants are all on one street and completely walkable. William Jeffrey's, Rebellion, Celtic House, Rappahannock coffee. I like going to all the places mentioned in the previous sentence.

I love my neighborhood. It is close to the metro so my commute is easy. I can also walk to bars and restaurants/

I like that it has a suburban feel in an urban environment. I like that my grocery store, pharmacy and salon are all within walking distance.

Apartment where I live is somewhat secluded. New apartments are being built. There are nice restaurants in the area that offer a wide variety of cuisines.

I like how young and vibrant the neighborhood is. I like Quinn's on the Corner and Pho 75. I like going to those places, as well as Compass Coffee nearby with family and friends.

Great schools but the neighborhood is expensive and not a lot of people can afford it. Would like to see lots of people move in to bring their talents here.
