The apartments themselves are getting better. For the price, however, it's not worth it but that the status quo for the housing market in Arlington, VA. Particularly, it's worth even less when you consider the Building Manager Tina Wallace. She's a sloth, inept, unable to answer the simplest questions, and downright rude to a lot of tenants. When you first meet her, say when signing your lease, she definitely hides the ball to get the new tenant but after that, don't expect much. The leasing consultants, concierge, and other staff are pleasant though.
