Vistas of Annandale

My family and I moved out in July 2022 and never received a final utility bill. Fast-forward to the end of May 2023, and I receive an email from a collections agency saying I need to pay them. I provided Vistas a forwarding address, email, and phone number and never received a bill, notice it was delinquent, or notice it was being sent to collections. I paid the debt, but this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Probably one of the worst places I've ever had to suffer through living at. - Mice and rats throughout the complex. - Constant pipes breaking, causing no hot water or no AC, water all through the parking lots, then charging the whole community for the water loss, then having to credit the charge after being found guilty of fraud. - Trash compactor was always broken, so they put in dumpsters that get dropped in the middle of the road, then get overflowed with trash. - Complete lack of landscaping and groundskeeping. There was always trash everywhere and half the ground is mud. - People that live here do whatever they want. People were having bonfires on their balconies. Fist fights in the parking lot. Blasting music in the middle of the night. One morning, I woke up to a half-naked woman sleeping in the building lobby.

Place is poorly maintained and is a dump. Stay away!!!! Garbage eveywhere. Electricity keeps going off. Air conditioning and hot water always breaking. This place is a dump.

Got bedbugs within a month of moving in my son got hit up got hung up by property manager Pamela none of them would help you with anything they gave me the apartment without even checking my documents they dont care about the residents only the money they make off of them

My dishwasher has broken twice. The management team does not respond to calls or emails. They do not address pest problems which is absolutely disgusting. I will NEVER recommend this complex to anybody.

Horrible living environment. 1. A/c doesn't blow cold air. 2. you can't use hot water when you need. 3. Rude neighbors ( you will see what I am talking about) 4. Careless management team 5. not safe area ( was told by police the other day) 6. you will find a better apartment with the price 7. the sink and laundry will be acting up 8. etc
