It's wonderful, when something went wrong in my unit they came right away!!!!! The staff is very nice and friendly and knows me by name!!!!! They all feel like family to me!

The management is awful. They dropped the ball so many times. The day I moved in it was the ladies first day. The other lady that was here worked for another kettler property and didn't know this property at all. They couldn't even find my keys! The apartment was a mess. They misinformed me on the parking rules so a friend got towed FROM A VISITOR SPOT--$160 later. They said we'd get a $500 gift card as a move in special.....i signed my lease 4 months ago and still have yet to receive my gift card. The second day we were living here our entire closet rack fell off the wall--it took them 3 weeks to repair. Now we've been experiencing power outages where you can't even get in the building because none of the key fan readers work!!! The "partial" power outage is also shutting out internet off--a bill we still have to pay despite not being able to use it for two days now. To make matters even worse our AC has been off for two days in the middle of a DC summer!! Right now at 10pm our house is 84 degrees, but they still expect you to pay a $150 utilities bill despite all of this! Also, management doesn't care. I've even called the Kettler regional property manager--he kept saying he'd get back to me and have the right person call me to resolve the issues and never has. Nothing has been resolved. So I'm going to do all I can to make sure others don't move in here even if that means visiting the office and vocalizing that in front of prospective residents because I wish someone had warned me!
