Apathetic onsite management in areas of noise and safety. Specific areas of weakness are quiet hours enforcement and problem solving . The building is very noisy which does not promote or provide an environment of quiet for working families or individuals searching for a serene environment. Please read over the lease carefully and ask questions about the numerous noise complaints within the building. Also read all reviews both positive and negative to get differing views on the property. There are numerous options available in the area to choose from. Due diligence will lead to a better choice.

1 star rating(DESERVES 0 stars)if not for cleaning and maintenance staff. We have received inept, non-coherent and dismissive responses on the enforcement of quiet hour policy from Bozzuto regional manager, Frasier prior property manager and current property manager...in addition, the UNPROFESSIONAL handling of the solution offered from the Frasier prior property manager. Notably, the prior property manager did NOT inform us the moving option to the fifth floor was suddenly unavailable when I talked with him 3 days prior to his one day resignation notice thus reneging on several offers to include(moving and storage expenses)...HONESTY, INTEGRITY and ACCOUNTABILITY must not be a compromise. Note: There is a NEW property manager at Frasier who lacks prior history, empathy and knowledge to provide any help past being dismissive and placing the burden on us to move. The assistant property manager attempted to fill the vacuum of present leadership on this issue. Without a doubt, there is a noticeable lack of leadership on quiet hour policy adherence and conflict resolution processes at Frasier onsite management and Bozzuto regional management.
I have posted detailed reviews on Frasier with DMV military bases and other rental review websites concerning noise issues in wood structure buildings and how the absence of proactive management can have a negative impact on tenant quality of life.

Property management is not proactive with policy enforcement leading to cycling of unresolved issues. Please ask about the NOISE and quiet hour policy prior to signing any lease at Frasier and number of noise complaints. The building is extremely NOISY and adding to that are (barking dogs, cracked wood boards in living spaces, paper thin walls and gym misus
Moved in recently and everything that went with the move, maintenance , management ,the move in process, has been nothing short of fabulous .
Since the day I moved in the people in the office have been nothing but unhelpful. When they were being stubborn about my movers showing up on short notice I tried to work with them. However, now that their parking garage has damaged my car and they will not take responsibility for the rust damage done to my new car, I am done with this building and the management. The offered me $100, that wouldn't even pay for a detailing. The best part is that we pay over $200 a month to park in this garage, only for them to say it is not their problem that they don't keep up with their building. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
