Say NO to Bozzuto and The Frasier!!
As kids, we learned if you cant say something nice dont say anything at all. However, in this case, I feel I must spread the word about The Frasier (owned by Bozzuto) and
Lipstick on a pig is one way to describe The Frasier. Pretty exterior but very ugly inside none the less. Amenities are always broken or in repair elevators, video door box, and more. There are routine thefts on the premises cars broken into inside the parking garage, bikes stolen from the secure bike room, decorations stolen from apartment doors, etc.
Frasier construction is the worst. Poor design, poor materials coupled with poor construction makes this a less than desirable living community. As a result, theres ZERO privacy and the noise level is off the chain not in a good way either. Paper thin walls you hear every sound made by your neighbors. One inch openings at door bottoms allow every food aroma, verbal conversation and dog bark to be heard as you pass in the hallway but also doesnt make sense for heating and cooling purposes.
Being in the military, Ive lived in many different parts of the U.S. and Im sad to report that The Frasier is by far the worst complex Ive ever resided. Paper thin walls / doors, constant thefts, less than courteous neighbors and incompetent staff makes this the worst property in Potomac Yard.
I will not and can not recommend The Frasier to friends, family or coworkers. Just say NO to Bozzuto and The Frasier. Be wise and spend your money elsewhere.
In the apartment, everything is nice and clean so far, but we are concerned about the trash spot in the garage. It is very smelly and we had to hold our breath to walk pass it.

Great, everyone is very attentive on people's needs. I had one issue with the a/c not working and they fixed it the very next day.

sub-par. was great in the beginning but once the building became more occupied the louder and more disruptive my living experience has become.
