The worst worst worst living experience. No matter how much you clean your house COCKROACHES. Roaches and mice started showing up the day we moved in. If the office sends pest control, I swear it somehow makes it worse. Every time you catch a mice a new one will show up the same day (THIS IS NOT A JOKE)!. If you request for service theres a chance you will get neglected, which happened to me recently and they ignored my request after multiple calls. And days of waiting until I sent an email but by that time I already treated it myself. Recently I started seeing roaches everywhere in the building. One of the tenants Next door moved out and I took a video of roaches Lined up and crawling on their door and between the door cracks in DOZENS AND DOZENS (able to see this from just outside the door). The roaches are literally all over the hallway and even the stairs and marching into other tenants apt including mine. I have never seen anything like this before. I hope I am able to upload the video somewhere because I am still shocked about how much bugs there are. I have to throw away my couches, mattress, clothes and most of my belongings that might possibility transfer into my future apt.

It s just disappointment! My guest parked his car for 15 they towned at 11:25 pm ! What is meaning of that ? What are rules ? Why you dont have any sign about parking !!!!

If you looking for good service than please stay way from this property. And also be ready for hidden fee. When time to sign lease management ask for security deposit and please forget the security deposit if you vacate the property after your lease end. I live that property over 5 years and never had issue until new management took over. New management team doesn't even have manner. They will not even ask you to have seat while you wait or your are talking with someone at office. I left the property back on December 7th 2018 and still haven't received my deposit back. I already made several attempt and also email. It's been over a month I emailed and called to the office and no one from management team reply to my email and didn't even call back. And also when I sign the renewal lease I was told I will be responsible only for carpet and wall damage, Lease manager didn't even informed me that there will be $100 cleaning fee. If you charge $100 cleaning fee than where is the remaining balance of security deposit?

Do not live here. unhealthy apartment many roaches and rats like your family everywhere. I come to office all the time to tell staff to fix many thing the building is old. The water leak from upstairs made my room flood at night.

They have roaches real bad and they don't fix anything in the building
