I never write reviews but this place is the worst experience, worst management, worst security, words dont describe what this place put me and my wife through and honestly couldnt wait to leave.If you care about your security STAY AWAY. My car and other residents had our wheels stolen and even completely stole cars and broken into. Nobody did anything all they said was kick rocks. We paid for parking and the accommodations for security and nobody did anything. Maintenance is the worst are AC was broken for two weeks and had to get a hotel because they were short staffed and me and my pregnant wife couldnt stay in there at all in the hot summer. My family saw what this place put us through and the amount of management that came and left this place shows you the poor quality of this place. This place is not luxury STAYYYYY AWAY. The day of moving out they said are carpets were stained and and place wasnt clean when the next day they upgraded they whole apartment and request money.We actually gave the workers who were renovating the place they extra stuff we didnt want and said theres no need to clean because everything was getting changed. I paid over 6k in just wheels and broken windshield . Ive tried to email management and of course no reply. They will be getting a review everyday from my friends and family who saw what this place put us through.

My family has not been here for too long and they have already encountered a series of issues. 1) The hallways. Why are your carpet hallways so dirty? The spots from pet urine and spills are beyond crazy! Can't a company be hired to deep clean the hallways or remove the carpet all together? There has been many moments where tenants had left their dog poop in the hallway. Which is disgusting. Put up signs on every floor stating to walk your dog outside so they can relieve themselves and clean up after your dog or you will get penalized. PUT UP CAMERAS!! 2) Hallways smell like weed all the time! You state that there's a no smoking policy but maybe putting up signs with a notice to charge tenants that do not follow the rules can get penalized. That's why ppl don't take it seriously because rules are not being implemented. Send out an email blast addressing this! AND KEEP DOING IT UNTIL THERES A DIFFERENCE. 3) The biggest issue of all. My family has been living in their unit and have been dealing with the most obnoxious neighbor in the unit above them. They have not met him. But he stomps and blasts music EVERYDAY ON PURPOSE STARTING AT 4:30A!!! At this point we know that it's intentional as he stomps around the apartment making sure that they hear him. He does it around 12P and then again in the afternoon and then starts back up again in the evening and then again the next morning starting at 4A. I wish that I can post the videos!! We will be posting it on other platforms. They have spoke to the leasing office SO MANY TIMES and nothing has been done. They have sent the maintenance team to ask him to please stop and he has not stopped, if anything has started to do it louder and harder on the floor. They have spoke to management and the property management and nothing has been done. They spoke to corporate and they said that there is nothing that they can do but for them to just keep recording.

Where do I begin?? I signed my lease beginning of May, Move in date was set for 6/24/22. I called a week prior to see if I could do a walk through in advance and was told that because the unit isnt legally in my possession I could not do so and if I absolutely needed to that they would need to change my move in date which would cost me more. They allowed me to view another 1br loft (9sqft smaller) that was vacant back in May, since the apartment I was going for was still occupied. While viewing this apartment maintenance installed new carpet, painted the stairs and repaired all countertops; so I was expecting my apartment to be treated as such. I show up on the 24th at 10am Uhaul and 3 cars fully packed. Was greeted by the office intern with my move in paperwork and keys. I go up to the unit to find my apartment door already opened, so I began recording (see video Attached - this is my initial reaction). Maintenance was still working inside, there was a baby roach inside the sink that we killed with a sticky note (as shown in the video on google reviews), It reeked of smoke, parts of the walls were yellow from excessive smoking, the smoke detector, window seals and toilet were yellow with cigarette burns on the seat! The floors were dirty with debris in the corners, there were drippings down the walls of the kitchen island, the stairs werent painted (had paint chip everywhere) and the tub hadnt been cleaned at all. The kitchen fridge smelled horrible and shelves were broken in pantries and closets.This apartment was definitely smaller than the one that was supposedly 9 sqft smaller. SEE PART 2

Sullivan's Place is notorious for charging fees upon move out. Since our move out, we have been in contact with several current and former residents who have all stated that the management company has sought payment for issues that were present upon the move in date. During the signing of the lease they assure you that you will not be charged for pre-existing issues, or that normal "wear and tear" of the apartment will not be the responsibility of tenants, which is not the case. My hope is to prevent any other person from the making this mistake. Just a few miles away offers the same amenities and more affordable pricing.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! My daughter and I moved from Hawaii and rented the apartment before we arrived. Such a mistake!! We have been here two months and I have put in SEVEN service requests to have the AC fixed. It is August and the hottest days of the year and they just kept refilling it when it had a leak instead of replacing it (which they finally did after rescheduling three times). Then they started adding random charges to my rent! And don't get me started on the upkeep of the grounds... garbage laying everywhere, "secure" doors unlocked, people passed out in the stairwell! I can't wait until we can get out of this place!
