They have roaches real bad and they don't fix anything in the building

The apartments needs upgrading and its very overpriced i viewed one unit and it was disgusting do not live here!

The grounds are unkempt, the management allows garbage to pile up on the grass and in the parking lot, and no matter how many ties they spray I still see roaches in my apartment weekly.

While this neighborhood is in a convenient location, it has many downfalls. They are very unorganized, response times for service are often slow and my unit always has issues that are not in my control. The only reason I stay here is because the price is considerably less than the other apartments this size Ive seen.

Do NOT believe the good ratings. They have to be put in by employees this is the worst place I have ever lived. Roaches, Bedbugs, Mice, lousy maintenance. Overcharges for unmetered utilities filthy hallways. Paper thin walls you can hear noisy tenants all the time.
You would be better off living almost anywhere else this is awful. I am OUT of here when my lease is up.
