I have found the quiet and nice looking landscape very satisfying as well as the office staff who have been very professional
I am very pleased with the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the property. I particularly am pleased with the prompt and comprehensive efforts with snow/ice removal on sidewalks and the parking lot. Also, great attention to detail regarding landscaping of the property. Maintenance requests are prompt and professional.

I've lived at Rose Hill for 3 years and I have enjoyed my experience and home. The Maintenance team are the sweetest, respectful and responsive group of guys. The leasing office is usually very friendly and helpful when I go to pick up packages or when I have questions. Don't be fooled by the exterior. (Can appear rather institutionalized but interior is very nice) I referred my brother to live in from out of state and would recommend others.
