I wanted to like living here, but now we are so happy go.
We gave our 60 day notice late which caused our last month's rent to be slightly more. That would have been fine except our payment for only 24 days was over $200 more than the MONTHLY rate because of the extra time after lease end. And now there was an error on the part of someone in the rent payment process: the payment processor or my bank (with whom I spoke already and has no request for money from my account). So now we owe hundreds more, and they are unwilling to compromise.
A big selling point for us was the pool and hot tub, but two weeks into the season, the chemicals were off and I had an allergic reaction and rash for two days. We also wrote a note to let them know the hot tub was broken, and it is still broken now, months later.
They also have really sketchy visitor parking rules so DO NOT have visitors if there isn't time to get a pass. They tow every night for stupid reasons like an expired sticker. There is parking they don't tow from, but they don't tell you that until after your visitor's car has been towed, as if that makes the apology more meaningful.
The repair team is also a little lazy. Our air conditioner was broken and fixed within a day, as was an issue with our outlets, and the fan in the bedroom. However there were a lot of issues, and we always cleaned up after. Once we came home to a bent curtain rod for our blinds. We have a nick in a doorframe that I'm sure we will be charged for. Our toilet runs and runs and they "fixed it" and when we said it wasn't fixed they said it would be fine.
Overall it is the management that has made us want to leave. Nikki was wonderful every time we interacted and is the main reason this is not a one star review, but one employee is not enough to make us stay. The location and aesthetics are great, but if honesty and trust in the staff or knowing your payments are safe and correct is important to you, go anywhere else.
Lived here 1 year, mai who is the manager there nowdays calls me tells me she keeping my deposit and i owe her more money for carpet wash, i have proof my carpet was new no spots, !!! Her stories keep changing, first she said i left carpet so bad that they need replacement, if you see my carpet i left it in new condition!! Then she tells me i left mess behind when i moved, they kept my $200 deposit and asking for 160 dollars more , i received email from her saying if i don't pay they will put it on my credit. These people are crooks, what kind of management are they running where they make money off people like this, i was paying $500 dollar extra every month when my lease was over and now this !!! Someone needs to take action on these people!!! Whole management from top to bottom seems to be making money off tenants like that!!! Place is great but management is horrible !! If you do wind up living here regardless of the reviews please make sure you get the inspection and make video else you will be billed and deposit kept like they did to us !!!
This is a beautiful place to live I would sure like to require about them accepting the housing Choice voucher which is called Section 8 and it allows you to come familiar with renting property through housing authority and if you have any questions and concerns I can explain the choice voucher to you but I heard that you guys take the choice voucher so that's why I was requiring about a two bedroom
