Overall nice apartments (601 Holland Ln building) and community, in great location, opposite a beautiful park. However, despite paying premium prices, don't expect the management to treat you as anything more than a revenue line item. Needing to break our lease after having lived in the community for 5 years and being a year into our latest lease renewal, we were treated exactly the same as someone moving out after 6 months having secured preferential rates on a long term lease. Namely, we received no concession at all on the month's notice, 2 months penalty rent, plus security deposit, despite asking politely every way we could and pointing out this wasn't the reasonable thing - nor did it reflect the management's costs incurred by breaking the lease.

Worth mentioning that the "pet friendly" policy is out of control - many inconsiderate dog owners continually ignore the clear posted signs not to curb their pet on the property, resulting in urine-bleached grass in the few locations that children can play on the property.

Finally, a shout out to Lamine who is a great concierge.

Great apartments, very nice room. Apartment amenities are amazing, and the pool and gym are huge favorites. This apartment is in a great location with plenty around to do and I love the gated access, makes the community feel very safe.

I would not recommend this place to a friend or anyone. Having lived in apartments around this area this place has to be the bottom of my list.

Post Carlyle Square is absolutely amazing. It's a beautiful facility. I love the community events!!!! The staff is nice, helpful, and always goes above and beyond to be helpful. The fitness center is great!; lots of cardio equipment. The concierge staff is exceptional. All in all, this is a fabulous property! Liz
