Iram the property manager is great and easy to work with. The property has a full size washer and dryer, not a stackable small size, which is a plus. There are a lot of parking spaces even after the midnight to park. The only reason I left was because of my relocation to Hawaii due to my new job. With a small fee, I did not even have to clean the apartment when moved out. Not to mention the deposit of only $99. The rent / price is reasonable when compare to the other apartments in the area but yet the living space is a lot bigger. There are two large closets in one bedroom apartment. The only regret I have is not renting the second floor instead of the first floor. The first floor is colder than other floors above. Yet, never paid the electricity more than $120/month, even during the summer and winter. The water is included in the rent, so worries there. Highly recommend and will rent it again if I go back to the Ft. Belvoir area.
The location is convenient to work and public transportation. My neighbors are friendly yet respect my privacy. The management and maintenance staff are helpful and responsive. The rent is reasonable and represents a value given the quality of the cabinets, floors/carpets and appliances. Overall my perception is a safe and quite garden apartment community.
The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. The area is quiet and well lite.
Excellent Service going on 3 years living in the apartment complex
