    Terrible place to live. Expensive rat problem. Roaches everywhere. Once you sign a release, Employees in the front office unhopeful and very rude. Almost like they dont understand their job is to help residents. Maintenance crew dont know what youre doing. Go to Google review I have pictures.

    Listen, this is your sign to NOT rent at these apartments. If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would. I was one of those people who read the negative reviews, and decided to ignore and move in anyway - HUGE mistake. The management is a nightmare. Good luck with the communication. The people in the office usually can never help you and direct you to call UDR directly (that's when they decide to answer the phone/are in the office) and that definitely wont get you far. The hot water is constantly out/being worked on (out apartment even flooded a couple weeks after we moved in ), rats everywhere around the complex, roaches, and they will nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING. The part that sucks is they actually have nice apartments, but its just not worth it with everything else. Not that we wanted to stay but when the time came for a lease renewal, our rent would have jumped $400.00. Ridiculous. And its worth mentioning again that the management style/communication is horrendous. On the plus, there are other complexes like right around the corner that rock. 0/5 stars.

    Do not move here. There is a serious mice and rat infestation. There are sticky traps ALL OVER my apartment because that is the only thing the property does when you put in a service ticket for pest. Just caught ANOTHER mouse on the sticky trap outside my bedroom door at 1:45 in the morning! My bedroom! Imagine waking up to a mouse squealing on a sticky trap in the middle of the night. My apartment is clean and organized so there is no reason I have a mice problem. There are rats by all the dumpsters outside. There is nothing luxury about this apartment. DO NOT LEASE HERE. The residents are so unhappy they have their own Facebook group to complain and vent because the office people are so jaded. Large apartments and decent prices. But all the cons outweighs the pros. So frustrating.

    RATS, MICE AND ROACHES!!! Full sized rats are all over the property. They roam around the buildings, the dumpsters and all through the parking lots. The buildings are old and full of holes where roaches and mice easily come in the apartments. Keeping a clean apartment wont help you. The walls are infested. This place looks nice from landscaping abs painting the parking lot, but once you move in, you will see the infestation show.

    I usually do not write reviews, but the amount of unprofessionalism that I've experienced here has led me to do so. STAY AWAY. They are inconsistent and unprepared. They say one thing to get you to move in and once you're there they switch it up. You don't get anything straight up. The appliances are old. The parking is bad. The only good thing about living here is the proximity to DC and the apartment space. Terrible property management!
