Alexandria. It's enchanting. It's charming. Others call it lively. Romantic. Great for shopping. Amazing for foodies. Wonderful for walking. However you describe Alexandria, you're probably right. And with the coming of the brand-new apartments at Modera Tempo, you may just end adding another descriptor to your list: "home." Our vibrant neighborhood is essentially within a neighborhood, complete with a new main street, Smashburger and Starbucks right outside your front door, and just minutes to the Van Dorn Metro. Then there are the floor plans each with exquisite finishes and loads of layout options. And the grand finale: an amenities line-up second to none and a good dose of customer service that sets this lovely community apart from the pack. And we could go on. And on. And on about the amazing things that you'll find at Modera Tempo high ceilings, front-loading washers, wine lockers, pet spa, upgraded fixtures but it's best to see it up close and in person.

Because my husband is active duty military I have lived in at least 8 apartment complexes big new and old and this is the worst. The apartment complex itself is nice and conveniently located by the fact that you can hear every sound your neighbors make and the staff is extremely complacent and rude negates all the positives of this apartment complex. For more than a year I complained numerous times about excessive noice from my neighbors. All responses were either ignored or staff chose to do nothing about it. Having to pay the high rent and have a newborn barely able to sleep made This the worst experience Ive ever had at an apartment.
There are too many e-mail alerts in one day and it gets overwhelming at times
The only 2 guests allowed in your apartment without renting the social lounge rule is ridiculous. Understandable for a large party, but if a resident wants to host 3, 4, 5 people (for dinner, to watch a game, etc.) that should not be an issue. Also, to have a call box but still have to go down to the lobby to retrieve guests is pointless and inconveneint. Why have an expensive call system to only let them in the front door and still have to go get them?
hallway and elevator has an odor most of the time
