I have been a resident of Key Towers since August 2001. I have enjoyed staying there very much. For me personally, it has been a very convenient place to stay. It provided me various routes of travel to get to my job over in Maryland. Multiple retail stores that were able to provide my every need from groceries to bulk items, gasoline, etc. Most everything within walking distance of the building. As few times as I have required maintenance during my stay there, the response has been outstanding. I love the fact that the building was built back in the 70's and relatively quiet. A few minor issues with other residents and music at 3 am, but when I contacted the Rental office staff, they were quick to resolve the issue. I would recommend to anyone I know who is looking for a convenient and safe place to stay, I would recommend Key Towers immediately. I would insure they were aware of all the local amenities about stores, restaurants, convenience stores, dry cleaners and the pool and weight room provided for the for free as a resident. As a last comment, I find your staff to be the best at what they do. Very professional and friendly and willing to help with any problems. You have great business model going with the crew you have there.
Key Towers is a relatively small property which is one of its best features. Because it's not a huge enterprise with complex and/or large scale problems, service requests are invariably responded to within hours, the services (e.g., pool, gymj, etc.) have a personal quality, and the front office staff has the time to be consistently helpful and friendly. I've lived here for about 6 years and I couldn't more pleased.
The building is extremely well tended as are the grounds. Everything so far has been easy, including the move-in and leasing process, and the staff has been very helpful. While I have only been here for a few days, thus far I have noticed that the building is kept very clean, the apartment is extremely quiet and my fellow residents are friendly, helpful and courteous. I am very happy here so far and look forward to a great resident experience.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
