I think its a beautiful place and its close to a lot of stores and restaurants I pray will open soon as the virus is under control.

Lag in maintenance requests being addressed. Valet trash is forced upon us and results in squirrels eating through the trash and drag it around, leaves gross stains in the breezeways, and the compactor breaks frequently and the trash is piled up and disgusting. Older apartments need constant upkeep- and they aren't willing to put the money into the upkeep. I've got a washing machine/dryer combo that regularly breaks and just needs to be replaced. People don't abide by their leases and management doesn't walk around the community enough to see or care what needs to be fixed or changed.

These positive reviews can't possibly be real. This apt complex is terrible for the money we pay, mostly due to the inconsiderate, noisy, neighbors. Cops are always in here, as well rescue, tow trucks, parking police, etc.. And hardly any parking spots available evenings and weekends.

Neighbors are pigs. Looks like dried blood on either side of their door and up the walls of the building. Have told Nick (PM) and Vanita (APM) several times and nothing is done. For what you pay it is too bad that the front office doesn't do more to clean up the property or enforce the lease so those of us who do care about their home would not have to see the filth that some people like to live in. Also.. patio faces the front of the building on which they have boxes and furniture stacked since September. Trash bags torn open by squirrels and their personal hygiene products strewn about. Absolutely disgusting.

This complex has gone downhill in recent years - they've allowed an influx of people who don't pick up after their dogs, put their trash anywhere, bring their aggressive dogs into the dog park, and make as much noise as they want, with no repercussions!! Rolando and his maintenance team are great, aside from this you'll get much more value from nearby complexes such as Sussex and The Elms. We've lived here three years and can't wait to move out in three months!
